Processing Time:

  • Order processing typically takes 2-7 business days. This includes order verification, product assembly, quality checks, and packaging.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Rates:

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard shipping: from $4,75. Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days (most Print Providers)
  • International Shipping)]: from $6,99 10-30. Estimated delivery: 10-30 business days. (See International Shipping section below for more details).
  • Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to most countries, except European countries.

Shipping Carriers:

We utilize the following carriers for shipping:

  • Amongst others, we use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package’s progress by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as your location, shipping carrier, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.  
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
  • Please be aware of your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@jmfcreatives.co.za.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
