Exchanges:

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please note the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are only permitted within 30 days for domestic orders (with the United States) of receiving your order and 45 days for international orders.
  • The item you wish to exchange for must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase price. If the new item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and the shipping cost of the new item.

Refund:

If you receive a defective item, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect. We will then arrange for the return or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

Made-to-Order Products:

Our made-to-order products are created specifically for you. Therefore, the following conditions apply:

  • Customer Error: If you are not satisfied with your made-to-order product due to an error on your part (e.g., incorrect size, color, or personalized text), we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. Please double-check all details carefully before placing your order.
  • Defective Product: If your made-to-order product arrives defective, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect. We will then arrange for the return or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

General Conditions:

  • All returns and exchanges must be authorized by us before being sent back. Please contact us at info@jfmcreatives.co.za to initiate the process.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item or approving the refund request.

Shipping Costs:

  • Except for defective items and made-to-order items with defects, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
